At CENTURY 21 Haley & Associates, Inc. our goal is to offer our Residents rental properties at competitive rents as well as properties that are clean and well maintained. For your convenience, we have provided information on this website to make your application, move-in, and stay as stress-free as possible. The application form below can be printed and filled out to help expedite the application/rental process. Rental Application [$25 per Adult, 18 Years and older] Copy of Drivers License and Social Security Card must be provided with application.
- Applicant(s) must show proof that income is at least three (3) times that of the monthly rent. If self-employed copies of last three months of bank statements and most recent tax return must be provided with application.
- We will not rent to anyone with unpaid liens, collections, or judgments.
- If bankruptcy has been filed it must be at least two years old and discharged.
- We will not rent to anyone who has been evicted in the past 10 years.
Rental Requirements:- Tenant(s) must show proof of Renters Insurance before occupancy will be given. Tenant(s) to carry a minimum of $300,000.00 liability on real property.
- All rent and deposit monies due prior to occupancy must be paid in the form of a certified check or cashiers check made payable to CENTURY 21 Haley & Associates, Inc.
